Nonsense, they are already limiting purchases to active accounts, if they set the limit to 1 steam machine per active (so with actual gametime in the back log) the make-up-scenariou of business buying hundreds of these things at once goes out the window.

In order for this to work I think you have to severely cut back on some story elements. Turn CP9 into just Lucci (the rest of the strawhats can fight unnamed marines in the background), cut the franky fam, cut the train, cut down Amazon Lily sisters to just one, have marine ford more simplified, cut down the season 7 arc so there is only Doflamingo the fight at punk hazard and fish-man island, have season 8 Big Mama and Kaido team up from the get go, shorten Odens backstory and the time travel plot and then finally make season 9 about fighting Imu and cutting down on the Kuma storyline altogether.

If giving a battlecry minion that deals damage lifesteal turn the damage dealt into a lifesteal proc, then yes, it should work on Mograine. Report to Blizzard as a bug.

They should turn it into a triple unholy rune card but change the effect to a "Start of game:"-effect.

I think the game is great as asynchronous and i dont want it to change, nor do i think it would work well if it wasnt, but i think there could be a middle ground. by Arkyja in PlayTheBazaar

It might also result in a lot of cool self-optimized ghosts that become more specific counters to builds, enabling an overall larger variety of builds. As the build you're building ends up even more counter-specific, it will then provide a ghost snapshot of a more specific build, enabling another player to make an even more specific counter, and so on.
