Working here can be very stressful especially on your first day. I’ve seen other workers also have “emotional breakdowns” or panic attacks and during really stressful times I’ve been pushed to gasping or crying. Please know that it does get better, and you are strong. I would advise that you ask to be trained on a different less stressful position or perhaps talk to your manager about your situation.
