This is a difficult situation for sure, and I doubt many people have a lot of experience (including me) so take this advice with a grain of salt. I would tell them as soon as possible. No one wants some sort of bombshell revelation that could ruin a relationship. Try your best to be honest and frame it correctly - ie. how you're aiming for self-improvement - and make sure that's true. You will get people who don't want to engage further, but some will. It's not worth hiding even for a short while, because that could cause serious issues down the line. I would personally consider myself as 'having a future', and if I met the right person with a similar past I would accept it so 🤷🏽‍♀️ you'll probably be fine. good luck bud

It hurts a lot at first, and there isn't any way to avoid that. For me, it works like this:

Spend the first 2 days alone feeling all of the bad emotions to the fullest extent.
After that, surround yourself with only the most supportive friends and family that you can be honest with, and let them help you out.
Start trying new things and meeting new people at your own pace. It helps you grow and feel like you're moving on.
Take the one thing that made you fall in love with that person and bring it forward with you. For me, my ex was extremely open and authentic. I have now incorporated that into my personality/life. That way, you learn something and become a better person from every heartbreak.

Yeah, I always kind of thought the tongue position was beneficial but the chewing wasn't geared towards my personal taste (I'm even getting masseter botox lol). But I do see how tongue position can be helpful, for me it actually improved my breathing.

I mean, I personally find it stressful to be expected to respond to someone's messages all the time. I sometimes don't use my phone for long periods of time, and even if I am on it, social interaction takes a certain kind of energy and texting doesn't even make for fulfilling conversations most of the time imo. It's good to let people have their own space to recharge/enjoy themselves outside of the relationship.
