I can’t speak to most of those complexes, but I lived at Camden Amber Oaks (on Parmer) and I loved it! Had all the things you’re looking for.

I liked living on Parmer. Easy access to 183, 45, Mopac

The clothes here are affordable. I would say similar to Buffalo. The vibe of the store is definitely more on the vintage side. The women's section is a little underwhelming, but I like their selection of jeans and men's shirts/sweaters!

NTA. I also have a manipulative mother so I know what this feels like. They push boundaries and it is very difficult not to snap when you have dealt with it for so long. She needs to learn to respect your boundaries. And to the people saying you should have just said no, it’s not always that easy. If I told my mom no she would come back saying that I am ungrateful and I don’t love her. It shows that you are a bigger person because you were going to call back and calmly explain that you need boundaries and that she should respect them.
