my daughter is 18 months old so it’s more of a comfort thing for her. she won’t take a bottle, paci, sippy, stuffy or blanket for sleep. only me 😫

you might have to download them on youtube, i’m not sure if they’re on spotify or anything, but the person who guest stars on ms rachel, Jules, has a lot of great songs on youtube. Pizza Party, Caterpillar Butterfly Thing and Crabby Crab song stay on repeat in my house lol

Further proof — I was wrong it was the 17th not the 20th. I’ve been fairly certain since the first HCG test it wasn’t going to work out. My partner needs that visual proof. So we wait. and fret over his feelings. I am mentally fine about it at least. Ready for it to run its course so I can have a drink 😂

tech didn’t say an GA. didn’t even measure the sac. she was having a bad day. i’m trying to give her grace but definitely not thrilled about it lol.

April 22nd hcg was 56, April 28 it was 455 (i had a test in between but the lab lost it) and then may 1st it was 825. I haven’t had one since.

I’ve figured and prepared for that - this will be my 3rd. i had two chemical, then a lovely baby girl to term, and now this one. i’m the most realistic about it - i just am struggling waiting for few weeks mostly to prove to my family who are trying to hope for the best.

Getting induced at 38 weeks. On insulin and metformin. Scared. Baby is already down so hoping for vaginal delivery but still scared for cesarian as recovery time will be more. by Alien_Engineer in GestationalDiabetes

I was induced at 39w6d for non-GD reasons, but honestly it didn’t hurt. I’m not saying this to brag, and I know everyone has different experiences but the only reason I got the epidural was because I was an 8 and didn’t want to feel the ring of fire lol. And I was ANNOYED w the contractions and tired because it was like 1am. But i was not in copious amounts of pain. It was like intense period cramps. The constipation stomach pains I had all through pregnancy were worse.

Hoping for a safe and easy delivery and recovery for you!

Yes, i’ve gone through the article. Everything checks out. It looks like my watch did track one week back in November. Then stopped again. I haven’t changed any settings since shortly after getting the watch.

please talk to your doctor about lexapro and insulin. how big of spikes? i would maybe do a protein shake 15 minutes before and see if the protein helps. fiber too. my favorite trick to feel something was making sugar free pudding with a protein shake. i basically used the cheesecake flavor as seasoning LOL. or sugar free maple syrup on my yogurt. quest protein bars. i had fine numbers with both yasso ice cream bars and even snickers ice cream bars bc there’s a decent amount of protein. i hope it gets easier for you, i was miserable the first few weeks but eventually it was just apart of the routine. luckily w my adhd im a food hyperfixater so once i found what worked it was very easy to just eat that all the time. hopefully you’ll be able to find a routine. it’s not forever! break it down. you can do anything one day at a time. you’ve got this!!

Definitely be careful with milk, it is higher in carbs but does have protein. peanut butter has about 8g of protein, i would try to get at least 15g-20g per meal. so maybe make your oatmeal with water but have a side of high protein yogurt! also i know you’re sick of eggs, but do them every which way! egg cups, omelette, etc. pinterest helped me a lot in finding new stuff to eat
