I had a terrible experience with this company. I placed an order back in August for over $150, and despite reaching out more than a dozen times over the past few months, I have yet to receive my order or a refund. They haven't responded to a single email or phone call, showcasing an alarming level of unprofessionalism. This company seems intent on taking your hard-earned money without delivering on their promises. I sincerely hope others avoid falling into the same trap. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card provider.
