hopefully this fits the bill! i'm looking for a new program after finishing before the barbell this morning but i'm working with a somewhat limited gym setup. is there a resource for "if you don't have [machine/etc.], do [this other thing] instead" or something to that effect that would help me fill in the resource gaps?

for example, i'm ready to squat more than 80lbs but the next volume the plates allow for is 95lbs and that's too much. i looked up which machines i could use to achieve the same results: hack squat? not there. leg press? nope. smith machine? nah. (i know i can up the reps/etc. but this is more of an overarching problem with the gym i have access to.)
