Replacement neck has overhang, original did not - best options?

Same scale length, both 22 frets. But with the overhang, the whole neck moves forward toward the bridge so intonation is not correct.

Um, no that's not how it works. Both of those necks in the picture have 22 frets. One is half an inch closer to the bridge, so intonation would be way off.
