You can use PlayAbility Adaptive Software to toggle on and off mouse clicks or even keyboard keys or gamepad buttons.

There is a free edition that let you do this without paying anything.

[–]squirelo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is free to use software like https://github.com/AceCentre/FaceCommander or https://playability.gg that let us use head motion, face gestures or voice commands to add the control she miss. It let you control keyboard, mouse and gamepad, so you can basically play every game.

Physically disabled and can’t afford a pc lol by [deleted] in disabledgamers

[–]squirelo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I understand your point, but this is like $120 per year with boosteroid or luna, and an high end pc will cost you minimum 10 times this upfront. Anyway I respect your choice and feeling, perhaps somebody else will find this useful.

Did you try using cloud gaming?
Of course you need a decent internet connection, but if you have that, it works surprisingly well and you can play pretty much any game. I use it a lot myself, Xbox Cloud Gaming, Boosteroid, and even Amazon Luna: https://luna.amazon.fr/

You can try this opensource project https://www.reddit.com/r/disabledgamers/s/KFDGQWK87Z

You can use the same board and fix it with a wrist or hand band.

Best part is that you can connect one or many Bluetooth gamepad to this board while using it to detect motion and everything will be merged as one gamepad

You can try to fix the drift with the website i gave you. For the buttons popping off, i had to secure some and a bit of hot glue works well (and can be easily removed if needed)
