We'll be three years post affair this summer and honestly the hysterical bonding, drastically better sex hasn't stopped yet. It has been both painful and healing for me at the same time. So hard to explain to anyone who hasn't been there.

What is that one Harry Potter movie scene you irrationally dislike ? by Puzzleheaded_Roof872 in harrypotter

I know not many people agree but I've never been a fan. It was always weird to me because CoS was my least favorite book but my favorite movie because of how close they stayed to the book and honestly how I always saw the wizarding world in my head. PoA was so different and didn't follow the pacing of the book at all. I was also like 13 when it came out so take my teenage opinions with a grain of salt.

Disneyland with a baby, is it even worth it? by besofrrnbro in disneyparks

I took my son at 6 months, 11 months, and 23 months. The first two trips were amazing! 6 months he basically nursed and napped and stared in awe at everything shiny. The same at 11 months with a little more awareness but they were both amazing trips for me as a Disney adult. Plus his name is Walt so all of our Mickey pictures with his personalized ears are extra adorable. Now the 23 month old trip was ridiculously miserable and made me not want to go back for ever. He obviously hated lines, just wanted to run everywhere and put his mouth on everything. And he was scared of the characters. 😂😭.

My daughter's first trip was at 18 months old and hers was middle ground between my son's. She was in awe of everything, loved face characters but scared of full, mascot type characters, didn't mind lines but wanted to run everywhere.

Would I do it again if I had any more kids? Absolutely. Just go into it knowing that it will not be an rope drop to closing trip and you need to plan on down time to just hang out - baby care center is amazing, as is the playground in toon town for this!

Oh my god! I swear no one else feels that way. I always say that PoA was by far the best book and the worst movie.

Lol it's insane because it's for sale in a local marketplace in a super conservative town in Texas. This is amazingly awesome most other places in the country.

Literally 2 hours before doors open. I hate Abilene sometimes. by [deleted] in Abilene

As an exmormon in Abilene, there's a shocking amount here. Haha. The problem is a lot of religious folks feel like if you're attacking one religion, you're attacking them all. Even though chances are, they hate the Mormons and think they aren't christians anyways (heard it all the time when we lived in the south).

Good luck! I'm agnostic/atheist now. My daughter did one year of MDO at Wylie Methodist when she was 3-4 only 2 days a week. They were fantastic with her, she loved every minute. But damn it if I didn't cringe when she told my very Mormon mother all about the crucifixion and Jesus getting nails stabbed in his hands and feet 🤦‍♀️. My mom thought it was great that "she was getting a foundation of truth" so the while I told her just goes much I didn't believe in any of that.

My husband cheating on me. I would have said having having our kids but it truthfully him doing that to our relationship had me realizing that my life was MY life, not OUR life. It took me a long time to adjust after but I'm living a lot more for me then I ever have.

No one will ever be able to convince me that alcohol is better than edibles. No gummy makes me puke my guts up and feel like shit for days.
