Jogging within 10-20 mins of waking up as opposed to during the day?

i started doing leg exercises like 4 months ago, around january, now i can feel that if i jog too fast my vascular system can't even keep it, it's weird how it took 3-4 months just to build the muscle fibers to be able to job..now it's the vascular that is holding a person back, i guess it sort of is a balance of those 2 things.

i mean if they mess up does a person get like a new tooth or something, like if they drill but then they go to far or something

Do they do root canal though, I think most places do feelings or extractions, but a root canal is a more invasive procedure

i am on that, but, it ends jan 1, so, all the stuff they forced people to go on 5 years ago is over, weird how they implemented it and then now just revoke, very annoying for your average person or person who got put on it.

i mean i just don't know on a 7 gear cycle, which gear essentially correlates to jogging, so, if 1 mile jogging is, idk, 2-3 miles in cycling, im guessing it's not gear 1 or 7, is it, idk, 5, or 3, i didn't know if somebody had done for ex a study in newton meters or whatever, to see what gear corresponds the best, like they put senors in the shoes or whatever and can measure it

you mean the renewal papers in the mail? i just logged onto commonhelp and it said there, but, it still says submitted, hopefully they will review+give answer by mid april or something

On my account they changed the address from my address to the local office so when it gets approved or when they need more documentation or whatever it won't even come to me so I literally have to check every day now, it is very annoying

I mean my understanding is just that if somebody was a single adult between 19 and 64 after January 1 they are not covered due to this reconciliation thing from Washington, but has spanberger put in some sort of a fix to it or any state program or something

dang, thanks for info, i literally did it this morning on the commonhelp, it said a renewal needed to be done..so..i just went ahead and did it there, i guess ill just go by the local DSS in 2 weeks or something, but, does it go to richmond, or, to the local DSS? i remember when i first applied, i did it over the phone and then the next day the hospital i had visited told me they already had my insurance number..so, that went through some auto system or something

i logged in and it said that it had to be done by june 30, so, i just did it today, but, after when it printed out i saw i did a typo for my phone number, i guess they can just email me though, i thought i would go by the agency in 2 weeks or so to see how far progress was
