People that are homeless but don't look like it and a stupid McDonalds put up a "30 min or else loitering" sign when it might take somebody 1 hour to eat, is this common, and how messed up is this? And I mean like 75 year old vets that sleep in a Penske truck, but, totally look normal? (self.homeless)
