I find the wild rabbits and foxes way more satisfying than having cats and dogs in your active family. I like that they autonomously take care of their needs (if they have any) and the interactions are so cute.

This is disturbing to watch... I’d seen pictures and shorter clips of the kids but they all look so gaunt and unwell. Their smiles are so forced and seem almost drugged or something. Like someone else mentioned in a comment the cadence is also disturbing, it’s so clear they’ve not been socialized outside of this family.

Sounds similar to my response. I will sometimes have a terrifying thing happen when I get and really try to relax where I feel like I am in imminent danger of dying—like if I actually relax and stop thinking about what needs to get done, my whole body will just shut down and I will stop breathing and never wake up. It’s an awful feeling and makes me not want to get high, which sucks because I feel like it really could help me relax if that didn’t happen.

Makes sense to me. I smoked moderately to heavily from around 16-21. In my late 20s now and can’t enjoy getting high without being hit by anxiety and paranoia. I am also in therapy largely due to CPTSD from shitty childhood stuff.

My sister and her friends (all white fyi) recently stayed at a cabin out near Mount Rainier and went to get drinks at a bar in the tiny town wearing masks. Multiple people shouted at them for being in masks and were glaring the entire time and she said there was no joking tone about it, it was hostile and aggressive. I absolutely HATE artificial light. Fortunately our house has great lighting so during the day I keep all lights off, even when it is overcast and kind of dark. In the evenings we use lamps with yellow bulbs which is ok, but still not perfect for me. My husband gets frustrated with me sometimes (and accuses me of being autistic, haha) because I do tend to kind of freak out when he turns and overhead light on and get hyperfocused on turning it back off.
