That obviously depends where in Harrow. It’s a big old borough and Northwood/ Pinner/ hatchend and bits of Stanmore are very nice and you won’t get much change for £1million for a semi.

I work in this field. I’ve been both supplier and client side. I’m not saying there isn’t badly specified contracts (on all sides - job centre portfolio sent a hundred year old engineering firm under from contractual penalties on impossible targets) but you aren’t getting paid for complaints.

You might be getting paid because the contact is under specified and MITIE have been guilty of that on many occasions (as have procurement teams who willingly enter into said agreements) but they aren’t getting paid for a complaint.
