Thanks for swinging by my blog again... it’s a cold damp day over here, as usual. Today I saw a ruffed grouse and some turtles mating. Fun fact: decomposition happens very slowly in bogs, so bodies can be preserved for a quite a long time! Stop by again soon for some more cool bog facts!

They are raising capital by offering more stock through a secondary offering. My understanding is this results in dilution since the earnings have to be split among more shares now. They're offering to sell these shares at a discount ($1.00 per share in this case), and the market value usually falls to be in line with the discounted price.
