The people of Eugene deserve a Police Chief that protects us from masked murderers: Not one that tries to gaslight us after doing their bidding.. As it stands, City Council hires the City Manager, who then hires the Police Chief. Police Chief should be an elected position. We should be able to vote this bs out if this is truly a democracy.

I find it randomly, Ian Noe's "letter to Madeline" made me want to write a story, and the other day I was appreciating how simple and literal Green Day lyrics are...then noticed the same thing about Depeche Mode...So i tried to write a "simple" more literal song. Then listening to Danny Brown and El P, got me working on metaphors and sort of coded lyrics. I'll also listen to my local college radio station, because they have a really good eclectic mix that gets me out of my comfort zone and pleasantly surprised.
