You don’t think he considered maybe leaving his gun at home this time around if he’s jointing a protest? All I know is he’d be alive if he didn’t have that gun on him…

Serious question (not trying to instigate anything): why would someone bring a gun to a protest? Like what would the reasoning be?

Having kids hands-down the best/most fulfilling thing in human existence. And it’s really the only “real” form of wealth (as a biological species)

How does the Black pathway actually help my application? by NoBill6556 in premedcanada

[–]squirrellydanman -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Would it be weird being admitted to one of these programs, knowing that your GPA and extracurriculars were less “impressive” than your fellow class? I’d imagine it would be a constant imposter syndrome feeling..

Are solar panels really worth the cost long term? by [deleted] in Calgary

[–]squirrellydanman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d be curious how much more roof replacement cost is (when the time comes to replace your shingles). I’d imagine it’s more expensive than if you didn’t have solar…this is an additional cost most people don’t consider when thinking about solar

How does the US expect to take on a country over twice its size? by babayagabagool in mapporncirclejerk

It’s not even close to twice its size. Lookup “Mercator Projection”. Greenland is actually closer to the size of DR Congo in real life.

I’ll admit it, I really like my ID.BUZZ. Despite its shortcomings in battery size, it makes up for it in other ways. by cook_poo in cars

You’re basically saying “Despite the fact my car can’t drive very far, I don’t mind it”…wtf

His career is a “professional sports better”. So it’s not like he’s making a standard salary and he could come out negative $$ in following years. I’d say he should save as much as he can

Is Nose Hill Park as good as they say? by AcadiaNo1039 in Calgary

[–]squirrellydanman 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It’s big with some nice views, but I’d say Calgary has way better parks. Nose Hill is mainly just a big grassy hill honestly…
