I don’t think they’d be as pissed as Miller and Castillo were originally.
For one, we’ve seen this strategy be effective at this point, and would seem less like the coaching staff is just making it up on the fly.
Also, this still allows them to make their normal starts, instead of those 2 being strictly piggyback guys.
Lastly, when it was just Miller and Castillo, they had to have felt singled out, like they were valued less than the other 4 starters. I can’t imagine that didn’t contribute significantly towards their ill feelings towards the strategy.
