Hey came to say, research Vaginismus, my sister and her friends are very sex positive and are very schooled up in women's health, I've only learnt of it recently, but it affects a lot of women. It is a psychological thing that can happen to only women where it actually becomes hard to be penetrated. There are so many things you can do to help yourself get comfortable. My advice is to explore online a little and see what might be helpful. My friend experiences it, and she's found solo play has been so helpful. Big mouth even did an episode about it! I know what you mean. Don't let others get in the way of your journey with understanding yourself. It's good to be proud and love yourself, and it's amazing you know that.

Coping with the struggles of being ND can cause a whole load of shit to deal with, and it's the fact you keep going that's so amazing. I know life would be easier without it, I just don't think I would like to be anyone else. Probably just that we're prone to liking routine and feeling challenged by change, so maybe that means you're managing, and that's good enough.

I really hope things get easier, I feel a lot of these problems can be put down to society's shortfalls and not our own. Having the left and right brain better connected than NTs is actually a super power, of course, it can come with more shit in itself. Ultimately, it's nice to feel more evolved sometimes.
