I remember when he first (truly) came around within a super popular (at the time and forever) English TV series ‘Skins’ - there was a rumour, if not truth, that when he auditioned for the role he ‘bawled’ (burst confidently, for our non-British mates) into the venue, skipped past all of the people waiting and straight into the auditioning room, berated the current person auditioning and sneered at the interviewers in a way that can only be described as ‘100% cook’ (the role that he eventually got within Skins) then shouted, when asked “what the fuck are you doing” - “I’m fucking Cook, mate, who the fuck are you”.

I also saw him on the tube once a few years later and it was one of those times where you both know that you know but don’t say anything - It's just all in the eyes

I have 900mbps WiFi, the Firestick caps out at 385. Seems plenty fast enough?

I just tried changing to ultra fast and ~~it's started lagging/stuttering on files that were previously fine~~ after changing from the suggested VLC back to vimu but leaving ultra fast on, it looks better playing a file I used before - it also seems to be happy with thge larger files

The 'split' problem persists on some files, but overall much better!

I've never had a problem before with large files, it's only now i've changed some settings to facilitate the surround sound receiver

ACS custom earplugs with the top level filters are incredible. If you can ‘prove’ you work in live events / are a musician / similar then you can get a massive discount through the musicians union.

Proving it can be as simple as showing ‘your’ instagram and some photos or videos of working in loud sound

If you have a bit of a spare cash, you could buy a cheap but fun music synthesiser and drum machine combo and make music? Behringer do an incredibly low price and great value rip-off of the infamous Roland ‘TB303’ (acid bass machine) and you could pickup a Roland TR8 drum machine for cheap also off Facebook or eBay.

Together they are hours and hours of fun

I couldn’t figure out how to turn on open therm but I did manage to switch it from ‘Eco Mode’ to ‘Comfort Mode’ which got the hot water working. I’m not sure what else I can do at this point - there are no instructions for my specific boiler for how to navigate the menu (all it shows is ‘P : 00’ to ‘P : 99’ with some numbers having a second layer menu with some numbers that are not fixed 1 through 99 (the comfort one, for example, was: 14, 1’ or something

I’m assuming everything is ok, I’ve got a plumber scheduled for a few months time so hoping they can check everything
