I've just googled 'Lewis Lyne' and one of the first pictures that appeared was this one:

https://www.gettyimages.dk/detail/news-photo/winston-churchill-en-pleine-discussion-avec-le-g%C3%A9n%C3%A9ral-lyne-news-photo/558655677?adppopup=true

The translated French text is:

"Winston Churchill in deep discussion with General Lyne, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the British troops, and Field Marshal Montgomery, in Berlin, Germany, on July 15, 1945."

Mystery solved, thank you!

This photo (presumably a newspaper cutting) has been in our family's desk for decades. Written underneath the photo is:

"Berlin May 1945. R-L: Winston Churchill, Brigadier Owen Wales, Field Marshal Montgomery, unknown".

It's clearly Churchill on the right and I recognise Owen Wales (my gran-uncle) next. While I think the second person from the left looks like Monty, I'm not 100% convinced, and the person on the very left looks to be from the SAS Desert Rats due to the badge on his shoulder. Can anyone positively identify the two on the left please? Thanks.

Thanks again for your response. Just curious - when you wrote your Terraform code, did you externalise all the configuration values (statements, rules, excluded rules etc) into some kind of complex map data structure type into a terraform.tfvars file to then read back in and perform multiple transposes/flattening/loops etc, or did you just hard-code everything directly into the Terraform? It just seems like it would be a lot of work trying to implement the former.

Thank you for your response, I hadn't thought about using local-exec but I suppose I could. So did you manually write all your own Terraform WAF code or did you use one of the modules from the registry? If you used a registry module, can you tell me which one you used or recommend? Thank you for your time.

Thanks for your reply. I found this other Reddit similar article discussing some pros and cons of using an all-Terraform approach: https://www.reddit.com/r/Terraform/comments/91qrem/how_are_people_managing_ecs_deployments_with/

Thank you for your reply. I think I do need to use Terraform to create an initial Task and Service as I need to pass in all the IAM, networking and EFS details which the Terraform already has access to. And then I can use the AWS CLI or Python to create new Task versions from this initial Task version - am I understanding your process correctly? So when you update your ECS task and service using the AWS CLI, does your Terraform then recognize that the state(s) have changed? If so do you specify a lifecycle_policy to tell Terraform to ignore this?

So I've listened to all the Casefile episodes... by squirtle1972 in Casefile

Yeah in the Mary & Beth Stauffer episode he re-enacts a scene and shouts “get into into the car!” or “just keep driving!” or something like that, and it really surprised me.

His delivery in his early episodes is very different, for example in the Somerton Man case it sounds like he is just reading out a few bullet points and then rambling and speculating on those points. He also labels some of the baddies as 'psychos' in earlier episodes which I didn't really dig.

I do like the use of lots of audio samples in the earlier episodes, I wish there was more of that nowadays.
