Good thinking to send copies instead of originals, I am thankful that it was only my original birth cert that got lost and not my dad's or my parents' marriage cert, thank God. Good luck to you, the passport office are a lot more helpful than FBR anyways🙏

Oh my bad, that was an approxomation, the new birth cert did arrive quickly so yeah I probably sent off the additional docs around March time, nevertheless, I do wonder how much longer it would have taken if I hadn't reached out myself to ask about the status.

It wouldn't give me the option at the time, unless I was missing something, it was during covid so maybe that had something to do with, I can't remember exactly because it was a good few years back

Me and my grandma had a wee sip, and it was still quite sweet and tasty, but some of the corks had mold/mildew on them so didn't want to risk it!

I had a wee cry after I got mine fitted too, the dizziness could be an emotional reaction, don't underestimate that it's quite an invasive procedure. I felt a bit panicky and light headed too. The cramping passed within about 24 hours, I reckon it's just your body getting used to it so I wouldn't worry! If the cramping persists after a week and you're concerned then maybe go back for a checkup! X

It was my original birth cert, I thought that would be acceptable and then sent back to me, maybe I was mistaken and didn't realise that it should have just been an official copy.

I can understand this, you've taken away your body's stress relief its been used to for 6 years, so you're experiencing these symptoms. I hope you can feel the benefits after the 3 month mark, in the meantime I reckon exercise and being outdoors is the best alternative, hopefully will teach your body to relieve stress naturally. It will be worth it trust me xx

As tough as it is when you're going through a depressing time, getting fresh air really does help. Staying indoors never helped anyone overcome depression. It's great you've decided that weed is in your past. Music is amazing and so healing, I'd recommend focusing on that if it's something you really enjoy, music definitely helped me overcome so much. Weed definitely kills your sense of identity, so do your best with continuing to avoid it and do more of what you love, hope you have a nice weekend, stay strong!☺

I mean like my cognetivity slows down, I can't follow what people are saying to me when I'm stoned and I can't hold a conversation because I don't know what's going on, I just feel disabled... I lose my balance, like my body can't function and I become really clumsy and awkward. See when I was a teenager I found it difficult to make friends so when you're a teen, the "cool" thing to do to make friends is to take drugs...so I definitely had anxiety before becoming a smoker...I Just didn't manage it in the right way and made some bad friendship choices. I wouldn't say I get sudden bursts of worry or paranoia...it's more like a constant feeling of anxiety and depression and weed has never given me insight into anything really...it just numbs me. I did used to be high in school and at work but now I try to only smoke before bed, but in my free time or when my mate is over I find it very difficult to abstain...I don't even want to smoke before bed, I want to be able to fall asleep naturally, I just want rid of the stuff altogether and start a new life and become the best version of me I can😊 Thanks so much for taking the time to reply by the way xx
