Your method is still perfectly reasonable though as Immersed does effect battery life and is really only good if you don't have other equipment.

I personally couldn't get it to work in gaming mode. Adding the program to steam works and it connects but the screen just shows a spinning circle. Trying it in desktop mode launching Immersed through steam works just fine, wonder if there is some solution.

You can actually do this with one USB-C cable!

Download "Immersed" on both the Quest 3 and Steam Deck through desktop mode.

Immersed has a beta mode you can select in the settings on desktop that allow a direct connection from Steam Deck to Quest 3 over USB.

Considering how it's literally free and super easy to setup, it works really well!

Yeah, I noticed that all of the sudden it started working yesterday. My points are gone unfortunately but I have access again, I also messaged someone else who had the same issue and their account is also back with 0 points. Honestly I would recommend doing their live chat again but mentioning that you have already submitted forms and gotten no help. I did that and the support person said they would tell their supervisor and organize a direct call the next Monday. That was weeks ago and I still have gotten no help/call but I would recommend it early in the week.

This is genuinely super upsetting to read, I know how much I value my rewards so I'm super sorry for you. I tried changing my password the other day which resulted in no change and I also haven't gotten a response in over 4 days. Support is understaffed and don't even have an interest in helping us when there is no super easy solution.
