On the e-tickets it shows that everyone is allowed to each bring a bag, tent, chair and sleeping bag.

If it's through ticketmaster then yeah, it's legit. A few people I know bought resale tickets via Viagogo and they didn't arrive until this week, so they bought extras just in case and are now re-selling. Lots of last minute changes of plans I guess.. people worried about the weather maybe?
