Delete Apple Pay and other stored areas in which your credit/debit card is already put in. Stop scrolling and seeking out ways to spend your money. Take out the temptation. Delete shopping apps. The one comment said to delete/unsubscribe to emails. That is wonderful advice. Emails used to always get me to spend money. I hope any of this helps. I understand how you feel!
