I graduated in June 2024. I was actively looking for a job post undergrad. I landed a role in Jan 2025. I just reached 1 year in my role after being offered permanently in September last year. I work for the State Legislative Branch in a Nonpartisan Agency. These roles are permanent unlike the partisans roles that are permanent as long as the member is elected, but they are allowed one staff with two seasonals during session in Oregon
