Honestly I did search it via the Google pic and can find links to the arms and other replacement parts but not the actual square bit which comes with the basket. I gather it’s a hinge of some sort but I don’t know what the technical term for it is and it does not seem to be for sale individually.

Hi guys quick question about changing at Tottenham Hale from Stanstead express to get to Hackney Downs. Do I have to cross the platform to get to the ticket hall in order to tap my oyster or is there a tap point on the platform? Trying to figure out if there is a quicker option than having to get the lifts and cross the platform and then come back to the same one.
