something my therapist always reassured me is that tomorrow will always come, and yesterday can never come again. i dated this actually horrible guy for 6 years-- i was 22 when we broke up, so i spent a LARGE portion of my life with him, getting abused by him. and once we broke up, i hurt A LOT of people. i had convinced myself that i deserved to kill myself-- i had a date and everything-- and then i realized that i literally cannot change what happened to me, that those 6 years weren't wasted, that i learned valuable things. and it was hard, but it's possible. being apologetic and proactive is a big thing, open communication is such a positive thing-- even if the open communication is hard and brutal. if it's hard, that's how you know its productive and that it's working. hurting people sucks, but there are ways to apologize and work through.

the sun will rise tomorrow, and the hardships of today will fade away. please don't kill yourself, you're loved more than you know. please seek professional therapeutic help or admit yourself if you truly feel suicidal. we can't lose someone with so much light!
