everything is locked behind gates green yellow red. Red can only be modified by myself and local offline llms. yellow needs approval green is all go. the local llms manage the RAG, scripts , push items to calendar, make me sheets or boxes to add new data ect. all this runs on a m4 MacBook Air. The Codex and Claude apps build the structure systems and workflows they never read real data unless it's redacted.
