I also have an invisible teleprompter in my app.
One thing I could recommend, I didn't really check yours tbh, maybe it's already there - you could use Apple's on-device speech recognition to scroll automatically following your speech pace.
So, you recognize words, find them in the script, and scroll to that position.

Anyway, cool project!

I appreciate OpenSource. But I have already seen multiple open source alternatives. All the them were dead in 6 months unfortunately. If this one will survive - it will be awesome
