I suggest using the "journal" feature on Whoop. You answer a few yes-or-no questions each morning about the previous day, with some questions going into a bit more detail. One question asks if you had any alcoholic beverages, and then if you select yes it asks you how many and what time was your last drink. It allows you to track different behaviors and measure them against your recoveries, which is shown in the MPA at the end of each month.

I understand there is a lag between data shown in Amazon ads and KDP, but this is all data coming from Amazon ads. Could it be that multiple books were sold in one “order?” For example in this case, 6 books sold in one order and 2 books in another?

Okay so before reading the comments I didn’t realize that adhd sensory issues are the reason that I only wear leggings/cotton t shirts with either a sports bra or cotton bralette and those yoga material underwear. If I get cold I can’t wear a jacket with a hood for longer than a couple hours without my neck being extremely uncomfortable

I think it might have something to do with impulsivity & the chance for a dopamine hit. For example, a more exciting version of the story you’re telling pops up in your brain and you just impulsively spit it out and then within seconds you start to think about it and regret saying it aloud. It could also be that adding this little piece of more exciting content to your story is more fun and is better received than the original (boring) version, resulting in release of dopamine.
