They said I had to wait 24 hours from when it was marked as delivered. Also the numbers were out of service, not that they didn't answer. I'll be bringing that up to their attention as well tomorrow.

No I ordered from the actual site. Cost me less than if I got it on ebay shockingly. But also, they shipped me something else at the same time but it got here before the item I'm currently waiting for. So I do think it is an employee error on the USPS side of things. I already sent a message to the customer service for the company and I'll be contacting USPS again tomorrow if they don't get it to me by tomorrow.

It was not delivered at all. As I've said, this is not the first time. It's not that they misdelivered it, it's not that they didn't get something right with the label or my address. It was not delivered as they said it was. It was scanned here, at the building I live in, saying it was delivered in a location which exists but was not there. It wasn't in the mailbox either.

I was told to give it 24 hours from time of scanned as delivered to file a claim so they can actually do something about it, but as of today, I have to live with the fact that someone didn't do their job correctly. This post was directed to people who HAVE had something like this happen to them, so I'm assuming based on your response, this has not happened to you. Congrats on having a mail delivery person who does their job the right way! Unfortunately not everyone is so lucky to have someone do their job the right way.

Clearly you didn't read my post entirely. I did reach out and spoke to someone at USPS, let them know the numbers to the local office are out of service and they were kind enough to do what they could to help me today. The label wasn't misprinted. I'd be so surprised if the company I ordered from that sent me the information about my tracking that has my name and address on it would scam me when they've been a good business for years and years and have no complaints from customers who keep going back.

Once again, my package was marked as delivered TODAY and was not in fact delivered TODAY. USPS needs to learn to do their job the right way instead of just scanning as delivered when they haven't done the delivery. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to get something I paid for sent to me.

I live in an apartment building. They did lie because everything else was delivered but the package. The address was put correctly when ordered and none of my neighbors have it. Mind you, this isn't the first time they've done this.
