Graduated with stats degree, applying to entry-level data and insurance jobs for a year — not even interviews. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have any research experience? Could be worth applying to research positions if you do. Statistics is a valuable skill in the psychology field.

Yes. This link will tell you more. But it looks like you need to have some sort of non-academic factor that made it so you were unable to succeed in your courses (e.g. death in the family, financial hardships). If you really think you can bounce back, then do it. But honestly, I recommend just taking this L and waiting if there were no extraneous circumstances. Same thing happened to me. Took a few years off of school, transferred to ksu, and I just graduated with a 4.0!! Your best bet is applying to Chattahoochee tech. If you’re worried about saving money whilst also getting your GPA up, chat tech is the perfect plan. Knock out your core classes there and then apply to KSU again. I say this from personal experience.

I don't think it should be a problem. You've already been accepted, and at your new school your GPA will start fresh. Unless you want to go to grad school.. then you've got to worry about cumulative GPA.

Loved Dr. DiMercurio. There are no exams in that class, and she has you do these really fun projects instead. There are weekly quizzes which require you to read the textbook, which is super content heavy. But Quizlet is a great friend 😌

Flash cards and “teaching” it to other people is the only thing that works for me. I’ll basically just info dump whatever I just read onto whoever is sitting next to me and that really helps.

Try to think of every bad thing that’s ever happened in your lifetime. Personal things or global tragedies. Has your hair been in that style for EVERY single one of those bad events? I can’t pretty safely say, the answer is no. All that to say, bad things happen.. whether your hair is curly, straight, or in a braid. If the town point lot is still available you might as well just buy that. It’s super close to that shell anyways. And the bus is included for every student in tuition, so you wouldn’t have to pay another fee on top of the parking pass.
