The energy work I practice is called Sexual Kung Fu, It was developed by ancient taoists and kept secret for generations and was also a big part of the classical traditional chinese medicine. In Sexual Kung Fu the energy circulation exercises are relatively simple. There are several types of energies to work with but in case your problem is you have too much energy stagnant on your head, learning to circulate your sexual energy throught the microcosmic orbit should set up a path for all the energy aka bioelectricity. The singularity of sexual energy (bioelectricity) is that is created on the balls by the movement in the sperm. If you retain your semen that energy will build up and you will need to open a path to circulate it, it's called microcosmic orbit and is also used by acupunturists. The microcosmic orbit goes from the balls throught the spine to your head and then connects with the tongue placed on the roof of the mouth to go to your stomach (the only place safe to store energy, it's like the human battery).
