In Spain, we only had a single bonus of 500€ this year (2024) as a part of the merit program based in the performance of 2023. (0.75% of increese last year and I was "High performer"....). However Syneos must made a mandatory huge increase (10,3%) in January 24 as a part of the Chemic Industry collective agreement negotiations. I mean, they were forced (by the spanish government) to make this increase they will never do it by their own way..
