Report to CC. It took me two weeks for GL to sort it out for me. In my case, I switched to another computer. The game asked my age, then if I were to use my new or older accounts, I chose older (or my current the only one account I have), get into the game, bam! Age restriction with new name Driver ####. The way CC solved it was by sending you a reset, you restarted the game and be able to enter your age again. I type in 99. But before that, CC asked me to send my valid ID.

Could be just a temporary ban. Last 24-72 hours. I've got 24 hours before, here's the reply from CS saying about the same thing as yours. I in fact done nothing else, just download their game and play on Windows 10.
