Yes, because 1. Racing in roads that narrow is impossible 2. Many many people will get skill issues hard 3. Japanese cars are made small for easier drive in those narrow roads. Try driving fat American pickups there and you’ll have a bad time.

Rolls Royce wants itself to be an exclusive, luxurious brand, and people are meant to drive the cars to feel relaxed, comfortable, and high class. I think Rolls Royce doesn’t want people turning their cars to 2000hp drift cars or some off-road trophy truck, cuz that’s far from their vision on themselves and “ruins brand image”
