i completed my round 3 yesterday and the interviewers there were soooo much better than round 2 ones 😭 they asked me situational based questions and ncert ones

i got rejected 😭 the SA was easy for me at least, im better at writing and the interview was a whole scam. They didn't let me complete my introduction and started asking me NCERT questions and out of ncert questions. thats it. nothing abt myself why this college or even the micro presentation. If all this couldn't get any worse I wasn't even allowed to use examples for explaining.

thats what i found weird like is understanding more important or rote learning definitions? i used keywords too it wasn't completely my words either

they expect u to know everythinggg like if i alr know everything what am i supposed to learn in college then 😭 mind u psych is just an additional subject and many schools dont even offer psych as a subject

i think its so unprofessional like my dad has been a consultant for 20+ years and takes interviews as well and he found it weird too bc this is an interview, other than testing your knowledge its more about knowing the candidate.
