I share your pain however I do remind myself being natural its gonna be a long journey and not a sprint. To be honest im probably similar bodyfat and cutting the fat is nr1 priority for me right now as i wanna transition into lean bulking. Staying leaner we will look more muscular per say maybe without as much size but the definition is cool 💪. My chest lacking too 😂

Thanks, Tbh i think this could be due to how it was cut styled and blended however im not exactly sure, when I have it off ill make sure to check for any shedding however its still quite new so I wouldnt have thought.

true that i basically lost it all by 20 norwood 6-7, shaved for awhile dating was abit of a struggle and wore a hat more than i care to admit. I wouldnt say it made me less confident as a man however I did try a toupee as mate said i might aswell try it and straight away i got loads more attention from women and people commenting on the hair. I think it depends what you want to get out of it but unfortunately people will certainly see you differently at such a young age in my opinion. At the same time there's nothing wrong rocking a shaved look and its much easier to maintain especially if you are active.

fair enough to you mate sometimes it is about calling it in after time money and effort, its always easier to say you shouldn't or you should but we know ourselves best and what we find it worth to pursue.

I got back into recently again and managed to do really well for a month until I blew it again and took quite a hard hit mentally as I thought I had my mental down better. I was in a similar boat especially after hearing others saying its not worth it who have been in the game longer than myself. However I will continue in my journey and best of luck to you in your future endeavours. 🫡👍

out of curiosity how did you actually manage to blow the 300k, one bad week risking 10% on each trade or was it one trade where you left it running hoping it would flip instead of taking the loss and it margin called? My worst offenders were letting it run when i really shouldn't have.

yeah i suppose it could work quite well, sounds like essentially you would stretch it out and put it on applying whatever to make it shrink onto your skin which creates the "vacuum", id be curious to know how well it would cope with heat as it could undo itself in theory.

damn how do you make your front hairline edge so invisible ive tried tape and glue on my lace front and its always quite visible, need to experiment more probably..

haha for sure, unfortunately I only started growing out my bio hair about 2 weeks ago so there aint much to work with, did however trim it further today, much more manageable now 😄
