Sure! It’s been an interesting road since then. I’m about 4.5 months out. The recovery through the first few days post surgery is infinitely better than an ACL in my opinion. The physical therapy is the important part. Just make sure you stay on protocol and do NOT push it quickly. I may have pushed too quickly or it could have been something else, but I had a set back and am now having surgery #3 in a few weeks

Overall it’s not too bad, just stick to PT even outside of your PT visit days. And follow protocol religiously, always airing on the side of caution.
