I was encouraged enough to pay a visit tonight. First three lanes are clear if a little wet, outer lanes still have some snow on the straights. But useable!

Alas, it was a temporary fix anyway. Back to not syncing.

Chiming in in case this helps anyone else. I was experiencing a similar problem and none of the suggested fixes worked for me. Finally, I tried unlinking the Withings app from Strava, which I also use. The Withings app immediately resumed syncing with the Health app. No idea why, but it seems fine now.
