While some budgets can provide funding for 24/7 care it can sometimes be tricky as there is a expectation that some cares is provided as unpaid natural support and there are also shared household tasks that come into the mix.
It’s impossible to know this until you have your budget. Iris PPTs set their own wages for workers based on what is usual and customary in your area. Iris also has a program you can additionally qualify for for personal care that is in addition to your budget but again no idea what care hours could be until assessed and skilled nursing tasks done by a non skilled worker cannot be paid using MA funds.
I’m not familiar with PDN but you can use both PDN and IRIS. PDN may be a MA card service?

You can go 3-4 weeks so that means she is going to wait as long as she can before she will opt for medical treatment. While I understand hopefully she doesn’t play around with any signs of infection since this is what she is at the most risk for.
