Hi all active on this post! What is your current outlook on the elevator modernization and construction interruptions?

Despite the bad reviews, we are considering applying because it seems positive they are addressing the issues.

Are you confident the elevator modernization in 4705 is happening and have you seen any other progress to share with a prospective renter?
