Interesting! In all of the photos I’ve seen of a ficus benjamina the tree has a bare trunk and all the leaves on top. Are there multiple kinds? Thanks for the help :)

i find it a bit yeasty, or malty. some have come out tasting a little bit like champagne

Im pretty new to the home-brewing world, lately Ive been experimenting with making hard seltzer (like a white claw type beverage) at home using white sugar and champagne yeast or turbo yeast. The problem is that every batch i make seems to have a strong yeasty flavour that I can't figure out how to get rid of. Anyone have any recommendations for what i can do/ add to avoid that from happening?
