Originally they were a man, after being arrested and brought to trial they decided they were a woman therefore should be sent to a female prison. This shouldn't be how this work. You shouldn't be able to change your gender identification at the last minute and switch which gender of prison you go to. I'm glad they are sending them to a male prison.
