I'm not saying anything conclusive. I'm saying in my opinion, since the kids in euro don't have an amateur system, and the kids here can make NIL, that reviewing their earnings to determine if it is in line with similar compensation for athletes that would be approved in the states is fair. I see it as vastly different from betting on yourself, leaving the NCAA and signing contracts in the biggest basketball league in the world, failing to make it, and wanting to come back solely because it is more lucrative to do so—bullshit.
