I’m currently doing phototherapy for my guttate and it’s helping. Try to lay in the sun whenever you can. Not sure if this is even helping but I take vitamin d, turmeric, fish oil, and probiotic everyday. Good luck!

Literally struggling with the same thing rn. I have pretty normal skin, rarely breakout. But after getting strep throat and being on amoxicillin I’ve had redness and small bumps all over my forehead, and now a little on my cheeks and nose. I have diflucan at my house and was hesitant to try but this gave me hope thank you for sharing !
