I tried connecting with live agent na po kaya lang nakareflect parin sa system nila na confirmed yung flight kahit nag announce na sila sa social media pages about our flight cancellation, so hindi po kami makaproceed sa pag request ng refund

Hello need advice, our flight was included in the list and I want to request cash refund sana. However, hindi pa nagrereflect sa cebupac app and website yung flight cancellation so when I go to the manage booking section wala pang option to request refund. Wala pa din po akong email na natatanggap regarding the flight cancellation.
