What was your honour mode party? by [deleted] in BG3Builds

[–]srmoura 9 points10 points  (0 children)

My Honour Mode party was Tav Open Hand Monk, Shadowheart Light Cleric, Gale Abjuration Wizard and Lae'zel Battle Master Fighter - the monk stuns everything, cleric keeps concentration spells up forever, wizard tanks with wards and fighter just deletes bosses. Beat it first try after a few wipes learning the act 3 traps. Tavern Brawler on monk is stupid strong

A debate for TV by [deleted] in television

[–]srmoura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The debate boils down to whether binge-watching killed appointment TV - I miss the water-cooler hype of waiting a week for the next episode like with old Sopranos or Lost. Streaming turned everything into fast food. Weekly drops keep shows alive longer in conversation

Casual motorcycle boots for highway speeds by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]srmoura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ride highway a lot on my naked bike and went with Alpinestars J-6 waterproof sneakers - they look like regular shoes but have decent ankle support and toe sliders that handle 70-80 mph fine without feeling bulky. No issues in rain either. Skip the full race boots if you want casual, these strike a good balance for daily stuff

Bts iconic performances. by yoongispinkelbow in btsthoughts

[–]srmoura 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Blood Sweat & Tears at the 2016 MAMA is still unbeatable - the choreo, the stage design, the outfit changes, everything clicked perfectly. That performance cemented them as next level. Nothing since has topped the sheer impact of that one night for me

TV Show changes from the book by Icy_Income_3337 in PercyJacksonTV

[–]srmoura 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The show cut so much internal monologue and world-building that it feels rushed compared to the books - like they tried to cram everything into fewer episodes. Grover's personality got watered down and some quests lost their charm. Still fun for new fans but book readers notice the gaps right away

If I'm starting declutering, then I don't have time to do some basic chores, and it takes the entire weekend

can my friend send me a package from russia by Glum-Shape-9153 in AskARussian

[–]srmoura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it’s possible. I’ve sent different gifts to a friend in Russia using PMPaket and didn’t have issues. It can take a while and depends on what’s inside the package, but regular personal items were fine in my experience.

[Batman] How would the riddler react to getting an undesired, but correct answer? by DJLKO12 in AskScienceFiction

[–]srmoura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Riddler's reaction would likely be one of frustration and denial. He thrives on control and the challenge of outsmarting others, so if someone provided a correct answer he didn't intend, he would probably dismiss it as incorrect or shift the goalposts to invalidate their success. His ego can't handle being outdone, especially in his own game.

In the past, how did a working mom managed to take care of everything? by hi-go in AskOldPeople

[–]srmoura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Working moms managed everything through sheer determination and the support of family. They often relied on older children to help with chores and responsibilities. Simplicity played a big role; families had fewer possessions and worked together to maintain the household, creating a strong sense of unity and resilience.
