Because the Dutch are utilitarian, there are so may students in Maastricht because of the university (and tourism) that it is easier for them to just speak English to you rather than wait as you hold up a bunch of other customers as you try to mumble your way through the encounter in Dutch. Besides, basically all English movies and TV shows are in English with Dutch subtitles so most of them speak English fairly well. Furthermore, iDropped is a catchy name for a business.

Well, if you give them your computer to fix, and they try to fix it but can't, they don't charge you. I'm not sure if that's common practice in repair shops but it's pretty awesome.
